Teladoc & Minute Clinic

When you’re under the weather, you want to feel better…fast. And more often than not, waiting at the doctor’s office, urgent care or the ER is the last thing you want to do.

Toys“R”Us is excited to offer two convenient and inexpensive ways for you to get the care you need – Teladoc and Minute Clinic. Both programs are available to all team members and family members enrolled in a Toys“R”Us Aetna medical plan.

With both options, you pay a flat copay when you need care and you are not required to meet your deductible first. However, all copays apply to meeting your deductible for the year.

You and your covered dependents can get care from the privacy of your home with Teladoc. Simply call Teladoc at (855) TELADOC or visit them online via video chat (where available) to speak with a board-certified physician about your symptoms. A doctor will talk you through treatment options, next steps and may even prescribe a medication when appropriate (state laws apply).

The best part? Each virtual visit costs only $40 per call/video chat, and you don’t have to satisfy your deductible first. Watch for a packet being mailed to your home with instructions on setting up your account. Then, next time you need care, consider Teladoc for easy, inexpensive, quality care!

Set up your account by visiting the Teladoc website and call (855) 835-2362 when you need care. Learn more here.

Minute Clinic

If you’re ill or injured and need to see a nurse practitioner in person, consider a Minute Clinic at a CVS Pharmacy. Toys“R”Us has coordinated with CVS/caremark to offer our Aetna medical plan members a value at $20 per visit when they need care. You can use Minute Clinics for minor illnesses like:

  •         Common colds and allergies
  •         Strep throat, sinus infections and ear infections
  •         Minor injuries and skin conditions
  •         Vaccinations, injections and wellness screenings

Minute Clinics make it easy to get care. Simply visit their website or download the CVS Pharmacy App to see wait times and get in line at home or while at the office. You can even opt to receive a text when you’re next to see the nurse practitioner so you don’t have to wait at the Clinic for your appointment.

When you arrive at the clinic, show your CVS/caremark pharmacy card before you get care. Once your visit is over, you will be mailed a bill for the $20 copay. (NOTE: CVS/caremark sent out updated ID cards to eligible team members with Minute Clinic info).
