On March 1, 2016, the following 401(k) plan fund changes will go into effect:

The AllianzGI NFJ International Value Fund Institutional Class and PIMCO Total Return Fund Institutional Class will no longer be investment options in the “TRU” Plan and the “TRU” Plan-PR

As of March 1st, these funds will be removed and no longer available as investment options.  Members will not be able to make any contributions or move money into these investment options.  Any existing balance(s) will be transferred to two new investment options being added to the 401(k) plan effective February 29, 2016.

The MFS® International Diversification Fund Class R4 and Metropolitan West Total Return Bond Fund Plan Class will be added as investment options in the “TRU” Plan and the “TRU” Plan-PR

Effective February 29, 2016, existing balances from the AllianzGI NFJ International Value Fund Institutional Class will be transferred to the newly added MFS® International Diversification Fund Class R4 “TRU” Plan investment option.  Existing balances from the PIMCO Total Return Fund Institutional Class will be transferred to the newly added Metropolitan West Total Return Bond Fund Plan Class “TRU” Plan investment option.  Any contributions previously directed to the current funds will be invested into the new investment options going forward.

The Spartan® Extended Market Index Fund and Vanguard Total International Stock Index Fund will be moved to a new share class in the “TRU” Plan and the “TRU” Plan-PR

As of March 1, 206, the share class of several investment options offered through the “TRU” Plan will change.  The fund codes, ticker symbols, and expense ratios will change. The new share class is intended to offer members the same investment strategy and risk, with lower overall expenses for the member.

The existing balances in all funds mention above will be transferred to the new share class being offered through the “TRU” Plan effective February 29, 2016, and thereafter any contributions previously directed to these current funds will be invested in the new share class investment options.

No action is needed if you are satisfied with the proposed fund transfers and/or future contributions.  However, if you want to make changes, you must contact Fidelity Investments® before 4 p.m. Eastern time on February 29, 2016, to make different investment elections.
