The 2016 Annual Enrollment period ended on May 18, 2016.

If you enrolled or made changes to your benefits during Annual Enrollment, your benefit elections will become effective on July 1, 2016 and will remain in effect through June 30, 2017, unless you have a qualified life status change or a change in your status that impacts your benefit coverage. If so, you must notify the “R”Benefits Service Center (844-TRU-BENS) of the change within 30 days of the event.

If you did not enroll or make changes during Annual Enrollment, your current elections, including your tobacco use status and working spouse/domestic partner certification will remain in place for the 2016-2017 plan year. The exception is the Flexible Spending Accounts, which must be re-elected each plan year. Your Health Savings Account election and contributions will also continue unless you made a change.

IMPORTANT! If you added any new dependents to coverage, watch for a separate communication from “R”Benefits Dependent Verification Services with details on how to complete the dependent verification process. You must respond and successfully provide all required documentation by the you are deadline given, as any unverified dependents will be dropped from coverage. You may also receive additional communications related to your enrollment or change that will require you to take action.
