If you were enrolled in the Limited Purpose and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account for the July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 plan year, you have until September 30, 2016 to submit claims to Payflex for reimbursement for expenses incurred while active in the plan during the 2015-2016 plan year.

It is also important to have your receipts ready, as they may need to be submitted with any claims in order to verify the expense(s) being requested for reimbursement. Claims should be filed promptly, as any balances remaining in your accounts for the 2015-2016 plan year will be forfeited after September 30, 2016.
